This story follows a shy wayward boy to man whose parents ignored him while he was growing up. He was shunned at school but found friendship on the basketball court. Then in college 4 tightly knit sisters take him under their wing. Thumbs up and a huge tear-jerker, with a happy enough ending.

The love Lucy makes you feel through her words makes me fall in love with the characters. Their high and lows hit emotions in me making finish the book in 1.5 days. Gloria and Aldo are both stubborn yet loving Characters.

This book is a sweet romance going from high school bullies to misunderstood adults in a small town. It was a great read a little predictable in my opinion but still great.
